Senior leaders from Luton primary schools welcomed Ian to their conference in March.

Ian was the after dinner speaker on the first evening and delivered a workshop on the second day.

Ian encouraged the school leaders to ‘Be more penguin!’ – especially on the days in which we feel more like polar bears. (You would have to hear Ian’s presentation to understand)

As the committee member who suggested Ian as a speaker because of the impact that he has had on pupils and staff in my school, I was not disappointed.  Feedback from school leaders has been very positive.  Ian held their attention well – not an easy feat on a Friday afternoon.

Ian used his own experiences of goal-setting and overcoming hurdles and setbacks to provide us with plenty of food for thought.  We were challenged to consider how we approach aspects of our jobs and lives.

By the end of an engaging, enjoyable and thought-provoking afternoon workshop leaders felt both encouraged and challenged.

I would recommend Ian as a speaker.
